Terms of use

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms apply to your use of videomoon.eu (the “website”), operated by Videomoon (“we”, “us”). By using the website you accept them. Productions, photography and licences are never governed by these terms alone — they are agreed individually in writing.

1. Our services

Videomoon produces film and photography for products, brands and events: concept, casting, shooting, editing and delivery. The website presents our work and lets you request a quote or send a brief.

2. Estimates and quotes

Prices shown by the online configurator are non-binding estimates based on the information you enter. A binding offer exists only as a written quote from us. A contract is formed only when both sides confirm a quote, statement of work or production agreement in writing.

3. Production agreements

Scope, shot list, deliverables, delivery windows, usage rights, fees, payment terms, cancellation and our written guarantee are set out in the individual quote or production agreement. Where these terms and an individual agreement differ, the individual agreement prevails.

4. Footage, rights and licensing

All content on this website — films, photographs, stills, texts, graphics, the Videomoon name, logo and mascot — is protected by copyright and other rights. Footage shown on the website is either our own production or shown with our clients' permission.

No content may be downloaded, copied, re-published, scraped, compiled into collections or otherwise reused without our prior written consent. We expressly reserve all text and data mining rights in this website and its content within the meaning of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. This reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form.

Licensing. Footage, stills and camera originals from our productions can be licensed under a separate written licence that defines scope, term, territory and permitted uses. Every licence is backed by documented performer releases and a clear chain of title. Enquiries: hello@videomoon.de.

5. Briefs and materials you send us

When you send us a brief, files or product information, you confirm that you are entitled to do so. We use them only to prepare your quote and production, and treat them as confidential. Separate NDAs are available on request and are signed before we receive prototypes or confidential material.

6. Availability and accuracy

We keep the website current and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is complete at all times. Information on the website is not an offer unless it is confirmed in a written quote.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services such as Trustpilot and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Liability

For the use of the website we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for productions is governed by the individual agreement. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when our services or the law change. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies.
